World Class small publishing company in one of the hottest markets in the U.S. This company is perfect as side business or stay at home mom. Current owner may spend up to 10 hours per week. Some limited graphic design capabilities are needed but very easily learned.

This small publishing grew out of an advertising business which opened its doors over 20 years ago. The original company based its business model on selling advertising/coupons that could be printed on door hangers, and these hangers were delivered to approximately 70,000 homes each month.

After a number of years, the owner decided to pursue a new venture – magazines. His idea was born out of a growing need for businesses to reach their small town markets in a more elegant and professional way. He also felt that a magazine could offer brand awareness and name recognition that couldn’t be created using his coupon-based advertising structure.

Its magazines are mailed six times per year to thousands homes in the associated areas.

Every issue of all their magazines include human interest stories, family articles, a Christian based article, and an Around Town section with pictures of local kids and events. The business model is based on ap proximately 40 percent articles and 60 percent advertising, which works well for all the businesses they work with and for the homeowners who enjoy reading the publications.
